5 cups of apples - chopped

5 cups of sugar

Pour sugar over apples and let set for 2-3 hours. Cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes or until it thickens.

Add Sure-Jell and boil mixture for 2 minutes more. Put in hot jars and seal.
